Flag football has been a program here at Palumbo for over 15 years. The game we play is structured by the NFL flag football rules. The NFL co-sponsors this league and provides us with nice reversible jerseys for the kids. This no-contact, co-ed league is designed for speed, catching, and agility. We have 2 age groups currently and they always fill up extremely fast so it is important to come in and register early.
